2019 California Access Compliance Advisory Reference Manual (effective July 1, 2021) – This version of the Access Manual includes the full text of the updated Intervening Code Cycle 2019 CBC Chapter 11B and other relevant accessibility standards . Helpful advisory and explanatory comments from the CA Division of State Architect and the U.S. Department of Justice are also incorporated.
