Looking for a way to fit fitness in??? Try this workshop to learn exercises that can be done at your desk! Participants will learn exercises and receive handout outlining and depicting exercises.
Presentation Objectives
- Discover how easy it is to provide your body with simple exercises in the workplace
- Learn how keeping your body strong and flexible aids in your health and safety on the job
- Learn exercises for the upper and lower body – handout provided
