Fitness on the Go
Having trouble finding time to fit in fitness? In this workshop you will learn about easy accessible ways to move, stretch and strengthen your body when you don't have time to go to the gym. Learn how to use the DynaBand and provide a worksite wellness program that is fun and interactive! Don't let the excuse that you are “always on the go” get in the way!
Presentation Objectives
- Distinguish what excuses you may use most to sabotage your best intentions to maintain good health.
- Experience exercises with the DynaBand and your own body weight in a fun and music filled atmosphere!!
- Learn practical tips for strength training and the importance of maintaining strength and flexibility
