“Beating the Blues” is a series of eight science-based classes to help you manage emotions and build capacity for resilience. Tune into your “self talk”, physiology, adaptations, and coping skills to develop habits that can support emotional health to deal with depression, stress, anger, or anxiety.
Objectives:
- Describe how stress affects neurotransmitters that shift your mood
- Practice tools to decrease your fatigue, anxiety, and anger
- Create a personal plan for Beating the Blues in your life
