Reasonable Cause: Alcohol and Drug Testing in the School Transportation Setting

Patrick Prince will conduct two alcohol and drug testing training sessions for new supervisors and those who would like a refresher course.  This class will provide an overview of the impact of employee substance abuse and the articulation and application of “reasonable cause” for drug testing.   Each presentation will meet the two hours of reasonable suspicion training required by federal law for transportation supervisors.  In addition to the DOT covered personnel, the training will have relevance for any supervisor with in the school environment.
