Visualization and Meditation

This workshop provides experiential techniques that focus on relaxation and calming the nervous system.  Learn about how breath work can help shift the physiological response to stress and intercept the neurological and hormonal stress response.  Understand the benefit of visualization in creating success in activities that you may find stressful.

Presentation Objectives

  • Experience 3 different styles of visualization/meditation 
  • Learn how to apply these techniques in your work day
