In these times of unrest and “ruffled feathers” it is necessary to have techniques and practices to remain calm and cool on the surface while still “paddling like heck” to complete work tasks and assignments.  In this workshop participants will experience practical application of stress management skills through interactive exercises. Learn how your attitude and habits create the weather around you and practice techniques that help you create different choices.

  • Learn and experience practical coping skills for stress management
  • Learn about your style of managing stress and anger
  • Determine common stress reactions and plan coping strategies
