Presented by Diane Cranley:  Diane is the author of “8 Ways to Create their Fate: Protecting the Sexual Innocence of Children in Youth-Serving Organizations” and a child sexual abuse prevention consultant. Diane guides school district leaders to create an environment where child molesters virtually cannot succeed without being caught and therefore won't want to work.

This interactive workshop will cover:

  • Understanding how child molesters seduce children, their families, and school personnel in an effort to abuse children and not get caught.

  • Best practices for establishing safe and healthy boundaries for students and staff that manage access to children in schools.

  • Workshop in developing a plan for implanting boundary protocols at your district and school. 

  • All participants will leave with resource materials for developing an action plan and draft boundary best practices.
